Prices

All prices are per room per night. Rates are from £70 - £85 depending on room and season. Discounts for weekly stays on request.

Double room en-suite:  £75 - £85

Double room shared shower: £70 - £80

For single occupancy of any of our rooms, we charge a rate of £45 - £50 per person per night depending on season and require a two night minimum stay.

Prices include breakfast consisting of cereals, home-made breads and preserves, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee and juice plus full English featuring free-range eggs (from hens next door), bacon and sausages sourced from local, organic pork farmers.

We currently source our sausages and bacon from Woodland Farm: 07976 461 773.

Vegetarians are most welcome and will obviously get a tasty veggie alternative.

As far as possible we use quality organic products sourced from the local community.
